The North Seattle Herald-Outlook, is a community newspaper covering Seattle’s Fremont, Wallingford, Phinney Ridge, Greenwood, Green Lake, University District and Ravenna neighborhoods with a circulation of 10,000. The Herald-Outlook is part of the Pacific Publishing Co. Inc. family of Seattle-based, community newspapers, which includes the North Seattle Herald-Outlook, the South Seattle Beacon, the Capitol Hill Times, the Queen Anne & Magnolia News and the monthly Madison Park Times.
